Diff-Scripts missing in TortoiseSVN-1.6.0

Hi,

I just upgraded my installation to TortoiseSVN-1.6.0.15855-win32-svn-1.6.0. When I try to diff an .xls file, I get the following error:

Can not find script file "C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\Diff-Scripts\diff-xlsx.vbs"

The Diff-Scripts folder seems to be missing all but one of the .vbs scripts (diff-nb.vbs).
