Post-commit hook errors since upgrading to 1.6

Hi there, ever since upgrading to TSVN 1.6.0.15855 last week we are constantly getting post-commit hook errors and error messages stating that 'svnlook' is not recognised as an internal or external command.
If I drop into a command window and type 'svnlook' it is installed and working and in the PATH settings.
I've attached a screen shot.
