I didn't want to mix in another matter at first, but maybe this is very much related. The crash happens whether the log cache is enabled or disabled, but perhaps Tortoise Clean up tries to clean up the log cache in either case. If not, ignore this. I'm sure something is fishy about the log cache, because "Show log" shows an old log message that I changed using Edit Log Message. This change is in the repository all right, and the new log message is shown when "Enable log caching" is off. But the old message returns from the grave when I reenable log caching (which I don't need).
