  PS: I've had problems sending e-mails to the list ever since that
  spam protection was enabled. I have created an account at
  tigris.org unsing this e-mail, I even successfully got the Observer
  role for the TSVN project. Still I can't see my e-mails on the list
  at http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/ds/viewForumSummary.do?dsForumId=4061
  they just disappear.
  I even had to start this thread via web interface. If you are
  premoderating the list, please let this message through so that I
  could see it gets to the destination.
