OK, it seams I'm making a mistake on a more basic level, so I'll explain my whole SVN setup.

I'm using VisualSVN Server on the same machine as TortoiseSVN. I set up a repository that contains few directories and checked out one of these directories into D:\WC. I can normally change, commit and update files from this directory. But when i create a hook, as I described, commit produces error.

Quite frustrating...
