Request filter in "check for modification" dialog

Hi,

I want to lock all the files in the repo as the administrator, and any other team members can check-in their changes into the repo only after I grant their request and unlock the files what they want to change. The problem is too many files, all the files locked by me, are displayed in "check for modification" dialog, when they use this dialog to check and commit their modifications. It is not ease to pick the files they changed from the huge list. So if there is a filter tool in this dialog, the job will become ease. Other can filter the files locked by me.
