Interestingly, a 64-bit MSI installer *can* use both 64 and 32 -bit DLLs
for custom actions (I ran into that when I was verifying that things in
MSI-land are indeed as grim as Stefan stated they were).

OTOH, I use NSIS for building installers, and so do not have this
particular problem... just others. ;)
