No recipe yet alas (all new .svn folders are hidden), but I just
realized it might be related to the fact that I have a network drive
mapping as a shortcut to the repository. So "c:\path\to\repo" is also
mapped using "net use" as a network drive (let's say "R:") to "\
\localhost\c$\path\to\repo". This is just to simplify command line
operations. I believe this also messes up the TSVN icon overlay cache
if I use both ways of getting to the repository directory. But I'll
try to make something reproducible.
