Checking out tortoisesvn

Hello,

when I try to check out tortoisesvn using the turtle link on the project homepage, I receive the following error:

OPTIONS of 'http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk': Could not
resolve hostname 'tortoisesvn.tigris.org': The requested name is valid and was
found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being
resolved for.

What could be the reason for this? I am working from within a corporate network with automatic proxy configuration (for Internet Explorer...) and a rather effective firewall.
