Continuing update/commit after an interruption of internet connectivity

Hello together,

I'm trying to update my local repository from a SVN server. Due to the
fact that there are some files with around 1 GB, it takes several
hours (e.g. 12 h) for those files.

Usually, my DSL connection will be interrupted by my ISP every 24
hours.

To that time, the update dialog remains open, but shows the transfer
speed at 0 KB/s.

So, there is only one choice: cancel the dialog, delete the crippled
file and retry to download the file.

--> Could you implement something so that it can
1. realize that the internet connection has been interrupted
2. automatically retry to download/commit the file (or even better:
continue the file)

That would be absolutely great!

Regards
Jochen
