the issue is indeed gone.

Thank you very much for the fix and the short turnaround time in
communication.

I wonder, should this issue have been occurring for every x64 user?

Out of interest, what would have been the steps to getting that
stacktrace if I hadn't VS installed on this computer? Would the
TortoiseSVN crash reporter automatically have gotten the stacktrace
because of the availability of the debug symbols?
