Icon Overlays for binary files in Tortoise 1.5.7 b15182

Hi all

Since upgrading from a previous version of TortoiseSVN, I see that all
binary files do not show any icon overlays in Explorer until they are
modified. So states like Normal and Locked are not shown at all. I
tried searching the release notes of the current version but found
nothing on this.

On our files:
svn:needs-lock = * on all binary files like mime-type = application/
msword

I am using Tortoise 1.5.7 b15182 on WindowsXP Prof SP3.

This looks quite a serious bug which seems to have been introduced at
some point.
