Link File for get good revision

Hi all,

i propose a new function in tortoise SVN in Log Message form and in
commit form. Add new Button can create a save link to a specific
revision.

i think is good idea pour create better log in development if we can
add a file in example in Bugzilla or other work team tool with a link
to the good revision.

Exemple: in the revision 3754, i make a modification a want to log. I
click on a button when i commit, that give me a link or a execute
file. if i click on it, that open Log Message and select directly the
good Revision

that can save some time in development and add better log

I know is it possible with command line, but that can help, if a
button create the link for developer and many work team tool can't be
link to SVN.
