Checkout with option "Immediate children, including folders" - externals are missing

Hello,

I checked out a folder with the option "Immediate children, including folders". Although I didn’t select the option “Omit externals”, the folder of the svn:externals was not added to the working copy.
I tested it with TortoiseSVN 1.5.7, Build 15182.
