Error on commit

I keep receiving this error message when trying to do a commit.

Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: 'pre-commit' hook failed with error output:
Error: You are missing one or more elements in your log message.
Please make sure
Error: each label is present and contains some information.

I've been using TortoiseSVN for a couple of years but haven't had this
problem before. Any suggestions?
