1.5.6 Copy To creates error "file already exists"

Using release version of 1.5.6, when I use the "Copy To" right-click menu option to create a branch I get the following error message:

"File Already Exists: filesystem '[repos_dir]/db', transaction '[trans_num]', path '[path_name]'

It looks like there are similuar issues reported for 1.5.6.

Let me know if I should insert a new issue.
