Can't commint large file in Vista

Hello,

I am using Tortoise SVN 1.4.3

We have two groups of people in different building with different ISPs. Both groups are using TortoiseSVN on Window XP and vista.

One group of people can commit and update files in XP and Vista with no problem at all, but the other group of people can commit small and large files in XP but they can't commit more than 1Mb files in Vista. Small files (less than 1mb) are commited in Vista but it just seems the problem with large files.

Here is the error I am receiving:

PUT of '/svn/ManagedDocuments/!svn/wrk/8b5557d8-2361-ac8f-b66100e856dc/Tenders/2009%20Tenders/01-23%20Cbus/Test%20Doc/Cbus%20Responses.doc': Could not read status line:SSL error: sslv3 alert bad record mac(https://abcd.xyz.com)

I can commit files on the same location in XP. So there should not be repository or location issue. Even I don't think it is a Vista issue as it is working fine on the other block of people.

P.S. I have also tried with "SmartSVN" - diff. client but still having the same issue on Vista.

Can someone please suggest me what should i do to solve this issue?
