RE: Context menu takes a long time to pop up on desktop and Windows explorer

I have had the same issue with the latest shell hook. The install disabled the Explorer context menu for most objects, but disabling the 'Tortoise SVN Extension Shell' immediately re-established the context menu again.

I used the AutoRuns program to discover the issue.
