control folders' file types

Hello Everybody!

I'd like to control the file types that can be added to folders.
We have two type of subfolders:
../CODES
../DOCS
I want that ../CODES can contain only *.sql|*.c|*.sh files;
while ../DOCS can contain *.doc|*.xls
