SVN problems

Hello !!!
I have a bad English, but I attemp to describe my SVN problem.
We are use TortoiseSVN 1.5.7, Build 15182 - 32 Bit , 2009/01/24 22:44:13 and Visual SVN Server 1.6.3.
I am from Russia and we are use russian words in the name of repository folders.
Steps:
1. Select folder with russian word in the name and run "Checkout" operation (see picture):
In text of URL of repository we see unknown symbols, such as %D0%A1%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B5%D1%80.
If push OK button we have errors when count symbols of text more then 255. If I push button "..." and select folder again
I will see different text in "URL of repository" field (length of text less then 255 symbols)
This is very annoying, so any help is appreciated.
