If the installation process created a repository anywhere for svnserve to
serve (which I doubt), I'm pretty sure it would have told you so. Otherwise,
you will have to create one manually. I'd recommend reading the SVN book for
general info, finding the according options in TSVN should be a breeze then.

In any case, you can verify that the service is working with telnet. Just
connect to your machine on port 3690 and you should see something like

"( success ( 1 2 ( ANONYMOUS ) ( edit-pipeline ..."

BTW: you don't have to use svnserve. If you are the only one and on the only
machine accessing the repository, you can also use the file:// access method.
