Restructuring my project in SVN

Hi,

I started using TortoiseSVN a few weeks ago without creating the
standard directory structure (trunk, tags and branches). I just found
out now that I'm supposed to create those directories myself.

So to fix this, I tried the following:
1. Create the directories locally
2. Copy all the projects' files to the "trunk" directory
3. Delete the original project files (using TortoiseSVN's menu)
4. Update, then commit

The problem is, when I do that, Tortoise only detects and copy the top
level SVN folders that I've created ("Trunk", "Branches" and "tags"),
and none of the copied projects files.

How do I remedy this?

Your help is much appreciated :)
