Yes, on a Windows 64 bits, we have to install both 64 and 32 bits
versions

This is because TortoiseSVN comes as a shell extension dll and so the
64 bits version of the dll can only be loaded in a 64 bits process
(like windows explorer) and not in a 32 bits process (like in VisualC+
+), and, of course, a 32 bits dll can not be loaded in a 64 bits
process.

So, to have access to the TortoiseSVN features in all environnments,
we have to install both versions.
