I'm having my own issues with TortoiseSVN and overlays, especially
with respect to Windows Vista. My problem is slightly different (the
svn ignore doesn't appear to be updated the appropriate icons in
Vista, even thought it works in XP). I think there is a problem
specifically with Vista regarding folder icons.
