Ignoring whitespace changes

I'm using TSVN to handle code control for a VBA project in Excel. All VBA
editors have a habit of inserting random vertical whitespace at the end of
files. This means that simply opening the file results in the file being
modified.

This causes major headaches. When I try to check in, every single file is
marked as having a conflict. I have to click on each file in turn and
Resolve, because you can't bulk-resolve (as far as I can tell).

Is there a way to get TSVN and/or Subversion to ignore such changes? If this
is not possible, can anyone offer a workflow solution?

Maury
