Force Unix style file type on repository

Hi,

We work in a mix Win and Linux environment. What happens is that people change the same files from different environments.
Usually, it does not make a problem, but sometimes you get an error on commit for mix carriage return (which is resolved by dos2unix).

What i would like is to have a solution that will verify that each code CI will be Unix type.
I prefer something that will verify it on commit and not to run periodically dos2unix and commit on all files.
