Thanks for the speedy response!

DateTest.exe didn't fail for me, but it produced "Hour = 11" instead of
"Hour = 6" as documented in your blog. The other values were correct.

Anyway, I then disabled automatic daylight savings adjustment (I'm under
West Australian Daylight Time), but my checkout still crashed. Any ideas?
