Icons still display after un-install

I started getting the TortoiseSVN icons in strange places on my computer. On stuff that was not in the repository. Like all the files on my desktop had the icons.

There were no _svn folders on the desktop.

So i un-installed TortoiseSVN and i still have the icons.

This is on Vista.

Any ideas on how to fix my icons?

A friend found this on rebuilding the icon cache.
