Solution - Overlays conflict with XP encryption

If you are using icon overlays in XP and then try to use XP's advanced file properties to encrypt a file or folder, it won't let you. Error message indicates it's in use.
I suspected the icon overlay ("?") is treated as some sort of running state. If you change the SVN icon overlay settings to "show excluded folders as normal", XP's encryption function will work.
