Yes, it is a major headache. Since I do a lot of refactoring that
requires renaming/moving files I have to deal with it very
frequently. The biggest issue for me is that it causes the show log
dialog to display completely irrelevant messages when "Include merged
revisions" is checked. That makes that feature mostly useless for me.
