I can't reproduce this with the latest nightly build from trunk (haven't
tried 1.5.5). But since there were no changes to the 'start' command for
the commit dialog from the CfM dialog, there must be something else wrong.
* How do you start the CfM dialog?
* from where do you start it?
* use the process explorer to find the 'current working directory' of
the process that starts the CfM dialog
