Not that I know of... but what you could do is get less at a time. When
you do the initial checkout just get the top level folder. Then check
out each sub-folder of that. If that is too much just drill down a bit
more.

This is my first post, i'm new to all the tortoise topic. I'm making an
update from a repository, the update es really big, the problem is that
my
internet connection is crashing every certain time. So when it crashes,
tortoise displays a message saying I have to execute cleanup command and
restart all over again.

My question is: is there a way to avoid this? is there a way to start
from
the point where the update stopped?
