svn mergeinfo and eligible support in TTSVN missing ?

Hi again,

I am searching support for svn mergeinfo and eligible changes ?
This feature seems quite useful to me and is described in the
subversion book in the chapter mergeinfo and previews (page 95) ?

at the moment is seems that svn mergeinfo and eligible is not
supported
(I also searched this newsgroup and the user documentation/help file)
