Hmm, according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/URL_normalization the
url IS canonicalized.

I do not know if it was clear, but the url http://svn/svn/ is the
directory where my repositories are located in (so, I have
repositories like http://svn/svn/repo1 and http://svn/svn/repo2).

So... why does TortoiseSVN not honour the 302 redirect?
