A small patch for TortoiseStub

   Hi, Stefan.

Previously we were talking about the stub :) if you remember. I'm happy that
this idea was implemented, but have a small addition. Many people use some
file managers like FAR or Total Commander or anything else, and TSVN should
work there too.

So I added a simple setting, LoadDllOnlyInModules REG_SZ, to list explicitly
all programs where TSVN should be loaded. A patch and test TortoiseStub.dll
is attached.
