Focus change bug/annoyance ?

Hello,

1st time issue submit so if I do it wrong please tell me.

Found an annoyance where the focus of the TortoiseMerge window is removed and reset to the log window after about 5 seconds.
This is annoying because you are looking at TortoiseMerge and when you are done you can hit ESC to close the window. But the window being closed is the log window NOT TortoiseMerge.

Version: TortoiseSVN 1.5.5, Build 14361 - 32 Bit , 2008/10/24 18:06:34

Steps to reproduce:

 1 - Select an SVN folder and select "Show Log"
 2 - Select a file in the file list of one of the commit logs.
 3 - Select "Show Changes"
 4 - Wait a couple of seconds (about 5 seconds)
 5 - Taskbar focus is now on the Log Message window
 6 - Hitting ESC will close Log Message window not TortoiseMerge.
