That should never happen. If the log says "Deleted : path/to/file" then
it really should be deleted.

That indicates that the deletion really did not succeed.

And IDE plugin for Subversion, like AnkhSVN or VisualSVN (for Visual
Studio) or Subclipse (for Eclipse).
