Problems with hooks.

Hello!

I use a repository on the Google Code hosting and use a local copy on
my PC (Windows XP). I`m trying to use any hooks, e.g.pre-commit or
post-commit. I give a name to script as "pre-commit.bat", but nothing
happens while committing! Please, help me. Thanx

PS I can detail my issue if it`s necessary.
