plink.exe DOS box displaying for every action

Hello,

After upgrading to 1.5.3, with every action I perform the PLINK.EXE
DOS box flashes on the screen.

This is particularly distracting when navigating through Repo Browser.

I upgraded to 1.5.4 but see the same issue.

This never happened pre-1.5.3.

Any ideas?
