In some cases installation without reboot

Hi,

I think that would be very nice to do so as installtion of TortoiseSVN
could be in some cases without reboot. It's possible ?

I mean that is becuase, when I everytime install new version(before I
exit process TSVNCache.exe and shutdown explorer) so this new version
works without reboot and without problems.
Therefore, I got this idea.
