Stefan,
I downloaded toroisesvn from the Virginia mirror. I removed the old version
and installed this version. Everything seems to check out. Same issue as
before so I followed your directions around the Windb. I am not sure it was
happy though as there were some complaints about the file I placed in the
directory with tortoiseproc.exe. I have attached the file which shows the
output on the screen. I tried with a fully qualified path as well and it
wasn't much happier. It is likely something that I have not correctly
typed.... here is the log.
Thanks,
Steve Chadwick

The crash dump still shows me a source line for *creating* a repository.
That simply can not be.
* Deactivate your virus scanner/firewall
* download the msi again, from a different mirror, then check the signature
- maybe your download was corrupt
If that doesn't work, I've uploaded the debug symbols here:
http://tortoisesvn.net/files/ProcDebugSymbols.zip
Put those in the same directory as TortoiseProc.exe is. Then in WinDbg,
enter:
!analyze -v;q
