Feature Request: E-Mail notification...

Hi,

I am wondering whether or not Tortoise SVN supports e-mail notification
for changes made to files in source control.

For example, perforce allows you to set perforce notification on a range
of files (e.g. *.rc) within the source control. I allows you to insert
your e-mail address and when the file matching the file type is changed,
it sends and e-mail to the account informing you of the filename that
has changed and the change number.

Does Tortoise offer the same sort of functionality? I could not locate
anything in the Feature List or the on-line help.
