Log History - Folder only?

Hey all,
 
Is it possible to view the log history of a folder without getting
everything on any of the subfolders?
 
My situation is that there have been some 'spurious' entries put into a
folder's svn:ignore property, and I need to find out who put them in.
 
It does not seem to be possible, without resorting to the command line
and/or scripting the log output.
