Additional details...
I don't have any language packs installed.
The keys in the registry - after they are deleted by me - when I click the network tab - they are all recreated with the values that match my credentials. Somehow they are "reloaded" into the registry - then the window crashes.
How do I get the crash dump file? Do I generate the file - or is there a specific file name that I can send?

My problem here is that there's not much code that gets called when you click on the network tab. All that code does is read the registry entries, parse them (two _ttol() calls) and then set that info to the labels and edit controls on that page. So nothing I can see which could cause a crash.
