There are no virus scanners, firewalls, or other shell extensions installed. Not even WinZip.
I was confused about the filename because it ended in 1.5.2 ;-)

The filename is correct. Or what do you think is wrong about it?

If a dependency was missing, nothing would work. No overlays, no TSVN
dialogs, nothing.
The shell extension actually uses much less dependencies than
TortoiseProc or the status cache use.
Also, if the overlays show up, then the shell extension works (the
context menus are just one small part of the shell extension).
I've said this before: get rid of virus scanners and firewalls (yes,
some stupid firewalls do more than just monitor network traffic).
