It is a network error, i.e. DNS error (cannot resolve hostname). (I assume,
that the host name in your message is a correct one).

IMHO, to solve the error you have to wait for several minutes. What
you will be doing, does not matter. E.g., you may drink some tea,
or go scold your network admins.

I have observed that or similar message several times at one of
our clients that are behind a firewall and sometimes suffer from
connectivity problems.
