out-of-date problem

Hello!

I have a trouble with this error message sometimes. And my co-workers
sometimes have such trouble too. I read FAQ and done as it said but trouble
remained. So I've treated next as a bug.

I have checkouted subtree of our repository. I've modified the file
("antoolbox-release.def") and wanted to commit it, but got a legal error
(attach 1). Then I've made svn-update of that file (attach 2) and tried to
commit that file again(attach 3). The error message had repeated. Then I
updated entire checkouted subtree, but the trouble remained.

 I tried to remove "antoolbox-release.def", but Update folder but it seems
that SVN restores file from cache and error message repeated.

Seems the only way to solve this problem is to clean folder containing
target file, then update it. And after merge version of the file from
repository with changed version, the file will commit successfully. This is
very unconvenient. So please help to solve this problem. May be I'm doing
something wrong but simple Update doesn't help in this situation.
