Remove files that are not versioned

Hello,

Is there an easy way to remove those files that are not versioned?

An unrelated observation:

I set explorer to show hidden files. When I rename (using TSVN) a
file, very often (but not always) the overlay icon will jump to
the .svn folder, and disappears from the renamed file. Refreshing the
view solves the problem. Is this is bug in TSVN? Or Explorer?
