drag-n-drop to repo-browser (commit includes all items)

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is expected behavior, but I just found out that
you can drag-n-drop items onto the repo-browser from windows explorer
and it will prompt you for a commit message. Neat!

But the dialog doesn't tell you what files it will commit and I
found out after the fact that it did not honor my global ignore
settings. That was a bummer.

So my question is if this is expected or is it a possible bug?

  Honestly, I don't think I personally will use the drag-n-drop import/
commit, but a co-worker has been and his user files are mucking things
up. It took us a while to figure out what was happening, because he
swore he had the ignore pattern we use and sometimes it worked and
sometimes it didn't. It worked when he did a "normal" commit, but
not when he did a drag-n-drop import.

  Any thoughts?

My tests were done with the latest (I think) 64 bit version
