Repository Browser: Bug with slashes in path

Hi!

I think I found a bug similar to the one described here:

When I try to rename a folder in the repository browser an error occurs:
> Quelle und Ziel scheinen sich nicht im selben Projektarchiv zu befinden
> (Quelle:»file:///%5Cfileserver/project-SVN-REPOSITORY/Old%20Name«;
> Ziel: »file://fileserver/project-SVN-REPOSITORY/NewName«)
For me it looks like there is an wrong URI encoding concerning the "%5C"
(="\") and maybe the "%20" (=" ").

I am using the actual TortoiseSVN version 1.5.3, Build 13783 - 32 Bit.
